The Reactions column only counts reactions to the top comment in the issue, given GitHub doesn't support reacting to the whole issues, a lot of cases people react to some other significant comment which isn't the first one. It would be nice if top-issues took this into account.

Actually this is a limitation of the GitHub API, it summaries reactions for each issue, but only uses the first comment in that issue.
