Map Mirroring

An option to mirror half of the map and reverse it.
Like Mirror Top to Bottom, Left to Right, etc.

A great candidate for a scripted action, so I'd prefer to get around to #949 first.

The thing is that I do not want to clutter up the menus with actions that only a minority of the users will need. Custom scripted actions would provide a solution to this.

Note that you can already mirror the current stamp using the X and Y keys, so with careful selection you can use this to mirror the map. However, it will also mirror your tile graphics, which may or may not be wanted.
