Add support to detect Hotwire Native Components as Stimulus Controllers

Currently Hotwire Native components aren't detected as Stimulus Controllers, even though they descend from the Stimulus Controller class.

Something like bridge--button at app/javascript/controllers/bridge/button_controller.js doesn't get detected:

import { BridgeComponent, BridgeElement } from "@hotwired/hotwire-native-bridge"

export default class extends BridgeComponent {
  static component = "button"

  connect() {
    // ...
  }
}
