Plugin Not working at all in visual studio 2013

Hello Community,
I am trying to add plugin from last 3 days but nothing is working.
1.added WPCordovaClassLib.dll file from your project does not work in visual studio 2012 giving below error
"a reference to a higher version or incompatible assembly cannot be added to the project visual studio"
2.build your project and it gives community could not be found error.
3.tried every thing, googled and followed multiple post but nothing works for me.
I am using cordova 2.7.0 and windows phone 8 with visual studio 2012.
after making a long effort this plugin never worked for me.
I am not visual studio expertise but i want to add sqlite support in my cordova application.
any suggestion , any solution will be highly appreciable .

I made a couple versions that do work with VS 2012 and should work with VS 2013:

• https://github.com/lite4cordova/Cordova-SQLitePlugin-WP-2013.12
  that can be installed using the cordova 3.x CLI tooling
• https://github.com/lite4cordova/Cordova-SQLitePlugin-WP8-native-2013.12
  • uses the native sqlite C library
