Right now the content wrapper just gets squeezed by the sidebar coming into view instead of sliding to the left. This will require a lot of tweaking of margin/padding sizes with different classes with common modifiers that correspond to the menu state. Play with these settings by creating the new classes and then start playing around with those sizes to create the illusion that the content is being slid out of view because the viewer is looking to the side to see the sidebar.

Only addition of issue #44 is that it mentions the use of transforms to aid in making the push to reveal effect more convincing.
