Mention Popups always show "Engineer" as the link title for highlighted mentions #73

When hovering over the yellow link text "Ray" the title is "Engineer" when it should be "Ray Peat." This is the case for all mentions I've checked.

Further ingestigation shows the title is inherited from the parent div, which in this case is an "utterance" by the speaker "Engineer".

Solution: Define an explicit title for the mention link.
