Add support of linking the tokens to a proxy and starting the client with a proxy agent

How will this be beneficial to the sniper

Add support for binding tokens to a proxy so accounts are not on the same ip to avoid banning

Please provide an example of usage of this feature

avoids blocking of accounts and api limits

@localip this is a really good idea IMO. It's been implemented in to other snipers I've seen before.
