Enhance wipe to wipe app builder deployments #237

Something like ml local wipe --app-builder=my-builder-app, this would wipe:

server named 'my-builder-app'
database named 'my-builder-app-modules'
forest named 'my-builder-app-modules-1'

No wiping of content db/forest. You might want to share that with a Roxy project, so you can wipe that through there.
