ML8 with Roxy on Win8.1 #399
Description
Running under windows8.1
Ruby version 1.9.3
create
ml new appName --branch=dev
ask ML server - 8
switch to project directory:
ml local bootstrap
fail in administration mode and
result just a forest is created
tried with build.properties server as localhost and ip same result
