Question on GPIO change in PiFmRds #99

As the other repository has no issues possibility I post here.

Why did you change the GPIO4 to GPIO21 on the other project?

Is that in any way related to RPi4 compatibility maybe?

This was related with RPi4 compatibilty verification, please see ChristopheJacquet/PiFmRds#134
