New style Message Board

I have uploaded a new style of message board to the main Between the Borders node. Please let me know what you think about the format, if you'd prefer the LXMF style over the form input, or if it simply starts on fire.

Source is available on GitHub but is already outdated. I'll update it when I get some time. I hammered this out over three days because gotta make hay while the sun shines!

The board has been migrated to SQLite. The admin tools (which is to say deleting posts) are currently broken, and while there's additional configuration in an .ini file, it still needs hand tuning for a functioning board. I mean, unless you want me to be the admin. :D

At this level, I expect anyone installing the board to be able to make these changes easily. The variables are all grouped together.
