Dynamic Micron input field character counter

I like flat files. Flat Micron made from Python is exactly what I'd want (for security if nothing else).

However, I noticed the input fields are dynamic; not just the input but the height will automatically change and characters will wrap. This is obviously a property of the rendering engine in NomadNetwork, and I'd prefer to not dig too deeply into another part of the ecosystem right now, but is it possible to dynamically show the number of characters in an input field? I basically want a character limit for an input field that provides dynamic feedback.

Is this a Micron feature I have overlooked, a feature request, or something outside the scope of NN/Micron?
