REST API import/csv - 413 Request Entity Too Large #1214

Description
When I try to import a large CSV file usint rest api I get this error.

Steps To Reproduce

Try to import a CSV file for very long qty of data

Expected Result
Import work as expected.

Actual Result
Error - 413 Request Entity Too Large
