CI binaries expired #94

Unfortunately zigup does not build on the latest zig master since the last update was all the way back in May. The ci binaries appear to have expired. Does anyone know of another way to download specific older zig versions?

I manually upload the CI binaries when I do a release, you can download them here: https://github.com/marler8997/zigup/releases

I'm also currently working on updating zigup to the latest zig version, hopefully will be updated soon.
