Incorrect usage of const for double indirected pointers

Just noticed that IDWriteTextAnalysisSource.GetTextAtPosition has an incorrect signature:

According to the Microsoft docs textString should really be ?*?*const u16. I haven't checked if this happens in other parts of the bindings as well.
