script for live CD build
prebuilded CDs available for download
add latest version of wget, curl and git with TLS 1.2 support and TLSA
add native support for HW RNG (random-number-generator) (rng-tools?)
add native support for HW tokens (private key store)
add native support for Intel TXT / TPM
