[BUG]: Article Labels Navigation

Brief description of the issue

when you want to manually assign or deassign a label for an article and you have more than a full screen of labels (more than 9 columns x 47 rows of labels), you can't correctly see the 10th column of labels (so it's data screen fitting or no navigation possible to see that 10th column).

How to reproduce the bug?

explained above.

What was the expected result?

cannot see correctly the 10th column of labels.

What actually happened?

cannot see the 10th column of labels (on the far right of the screen).
