I see now there are large red question marks on the homepage of tenzing which I suppose should be hyperlinks for help. But both in Safari and in Chrome, both for the live site and locally when I pull the repo, nothing happens when I click on them.

Hi, it provides help on hover. I can change it to a clickable popup.

Ah yes, I forgot that and I remember I thought hover text was a good idea! But the sad thing is that for me both in Safari and Chrome, it takes a few seconds for the hover text to appear, and if I click on it before the hover text appears, the hover text never appears. Unfortunately I think I might be quite typical in that I won't move my mouse to something and not do anything there , instead I'll only move my mouse somewhere to click on it..
