Following these instructions, I am stuck at step 3:
https://github.com/marytts/marytts/wiki/Publishing-a-MARY-TTS-Voice

The voice shows in the component installer and looks as if it is installed, but it does not show up when the server is restarted. Other voices install/uninstall without issue.

How do I diagnose why...?

It seems the zip that is built no longer contains the jar...
