[BUG] Content Manager showing issues for deleted pilots #2533

The content manager is still showing 3 errors (1 for each pilot) that were deleted along with the LCP that they required.

These pilots have been deleted in the pilot roster, as well as permanently deleted in the pilot section of the cloud sync. The options menu shows no deleted items found.
