Angular 8 Upgrade

Hi,

First of all thank you for this HAL Client. I can see the angular 8 beta version marked in package.json. Are you going to uplift this library to work with angular 8.24 anytime soon?

There's an Angular 8 branch that references non-beta in package.json: https://github.com/masvis/angular4-hal/tree/8.x

It hasn't been published to NPM yet though.

Hi @prambhan, you can use my ngx-hateoas-client forked version that already ports to Angular 11.
