Public vs. private events

If we create RPCs to make private events and we didferentiate between public and private events, it would also be pretty useful to create a page to search for public events (but this is an enhancement that we can add whenever we've successfully done all the other user stories since it's not really necessary for the apps core functionality).

This is one of the first things I'd implement after the MVP.

It's easy to make and frequently requested.
