[BUG] blank screen while scrolling

Describe the bug
If I scroll through my list somewhat quick the covers disappear. I don't know if it's possible that that doesn't happen.
If this can't be changed it would be great if in grid view the book title and outline was behind the cover so that at least the screen wouldn't be blank while scrolling.
Not sure if it's understandable what I mean but basically keep the placeholder that shows if no cover is selected behind the cover because that is still displayed while scrolling quickly
