@mathiassoeholm Hey there! First of all, thank you for making this extension. This is extremely useful to have when renaming or reorganizing markdown docs. When testing this out, it works great for updating inline-style links but does not seem to update reference-style links. I use reference-style links a ton to try and keep the code in my markdown files looking clean and easy to navigate. Would it at all be possible to modify this extension so that it can also update relative links as well?

I'm not sure what a reference-style link is. Do you have an example?
A reference-style link refers to a local resource on the same server. So instead of having the link right in the body of the markdown content, you can put a reference to the link at the bottom of the doc to keep a clean look. See the screenshot below for an example 😁
