Adding support for FLe tape on PT950NW

Hi there,

I wanted to add FLe Tape support for PT950NW, but it's bit more complicated that I assumed.
Using DIE_CUT form factor, printer report "wrong tape format" notice when printing.

Raster reference, give special media code for FLe, but i didn't find out if it's relevant.

Hi there! This repo is a precaution to reserve the name while I am awaiting feedback on the original repo matmair/brother_ql-inventree#58.

Please try with release 1.3 of brother_ql-inventree and raise the issue on https://github.com/matmair/brother_ql-inventree if it is not working.

I don't have a printer that can print FLe tape, can you reopen this issue in brother_ql-inventree and post the output of the status command?
