More detailed filter for date

Currently, when clicking on a date like "2015-09-08 03:10:20" we search for all log messages logged by the same day, in this case ""2015-09-08". It would be awesome if one could make this more granular.

Eg when clicking on "20 seconds" one would search for all messages logged in the same second. When clicking on "10 minutes" part we search for all messages in the same minutes. When clicking on "03 hour" we search for all entries in the same hour ........ when clicking on "2015" we search for log entries in the same year
