I can confirm the campaign is not tracked, I wonder if this is related to the custom URL that is set. |
@tsteur I used the URL builder and I don't see what is wrong with the URL. Do you have any idea? Thank you |
I guess what @tsteur meant is, that another url is set for being tracked. When I visit the URL you posted above, the following params are sent for tracking:
in order to have the campaign being tracked the campaign parameters must be set in the |
At first I was wondering if the JS tracker should read the campaign parameters from the original URL but I think this could lead to some side effects as well and might not always be the expected behaviour. Hello,
I cannot track any campaings on Matomo.
I used the URL builder and placed the URL on a facebook post.
The URL was:
http://www.jornaldenegocios.pt/mercados/credito/detalhe/avaliacao-bancaria-das-casas-aumenta-45-em-2017?pk_campaign=Cruzados&pk_source=Facebook&pk_medium=Social&pk_content=CM
Any idea on why is this not working?
I tried on:
Piwik: 3.2.1
Matomo: 3.3.0
thank you!
