The permission notice is similar to ISC, but says "is present in all copies" instead of "appear in all copies".

I don't recognize the disclaimer (though that doesn't mean much)

Can you tell me anything about where this text comes from and why you chose it? I'm really curious!!

And, have you considered switching to a license that can be identified using an SPDX identifier, like ISC, MIT and BSD-2-Clause? Think that'd be quite nice :)
