This is the official release of Matsim 0.10.x Compared to 0.10.0, only minor changes were made to some contribs.

Version that is consistent with 0.10.0 on bintray. This is a pre-release; we are planning to use it in the annual matsim class at TU Berlin before completing it (or a bugfixed later version) into a full release.
