Story Titles with double quotes are truncated in Edit view

When there's a story title with a double quote e.g. The "Event", when clicking on the Edit link, the Story Title that appears on the next screen changes to just the text before the first double quote e.g. The. You can fix it by typing back in the double quoted words, but it appears that this has to be done on each edit.
