Mattermost Boards returning?

Last year boards was retired per https://forum.mattermost.com/t/upcoming-product-changes-to-boards-and-various-plugins/16669. Is it coming back? This looks like newer version than on https://github.com/mattermost-community/focalboard

There is quite a bit of discussion history in issues in the Focalboard project if you want to go look.

TL;DR: The Mattermost team initially discontinued development of the whole project, but I guess they had some paying enterprise clients that really wanted the plugin version to continue, so they split the project up. The desktop standalone app Focalboard is turned over to the community, while the plugin version is extracted from the former to be just a plugin implementation and development has continued in maintenance mode (keeping the lights on but no major now features planned) here.
