Processor creates invalid links

Current main branch. Stu created a legal hold against a MySQL database and manually triggered the hold job. The targeted user was george.thomas.

The resulting download ZIP seems to contain the right user, channels, and posts.

When navigating the HTML there are broken links.

The All Messages link does link to the correct page, but the page only seems to have joined messages.

The HTML files do appear to be in the output.zip. The filenames in the zip are prefixed with an id, while the URLs generated do not have the prefix. e.g. the first link on index.html is <mypath>/1r7i8snmeinauyzz3b1srdkr1e.html while the correct file is <mypath>/quzgqpecdprkdc1p1afskw19fe_1r7i8snmeinauyzz3b1srdkr1e.html
