Add more information of the legal hold in the admin console #84

I found cofusing running and developing this mainly because even if I ran the legal hold today, it wont contain today's posts apparently.

So I'm suggesting adding:

If the legal hold has finished running (end date < today)
When the legal hold job did the last run
Until which datetime posts where retrieved in the last run
