Can i use this library at corporate level or corporate business for setting up user picture?

As far as this library goes, yes. It's under the MIT license, which any company should recognize and allow. Snapchat may have a problem, but in reality, they're probably not going to care (or even have the ability to tell because their official apps use this same API) if you're not hitting them with thousands of requests in a short period of time. See #15 and #14 for Snap's commercial options.

You have a pretty good chance of being within the ToS because you're using it internally.
