Support recipe export

One should be able to export a recipe to various file formats for sharing, backup, archival, etc.

Sure. Currently, you are able to export all your own recipes in our own format, using the Export All item in the app menu. For individual recipes, we only offer the 'share by mail' option currently. I've been thinking about a way to sneak 'save to a file' in there.

As for other formats. I don't know much about popular recipe exchange formats, so that is a bit of research project, and any help is welcome.
