feat: use ng-packagr for bundling the package

BREAKING CHANGE: the umd entry path has changed from `angular-calendar/umd/angular-calendar.js` to `angular-calendar/bundles/angular-calendar.umd.js`. System.js users will need to update their config

Fixes #408
