Angular 3 is coming in ~6 months, therefore the package name won't make much sense after that.

Thus

rename the repo from angular2-calendar to angular-calendar
replace all references in the repo of angular2-calendar to angular-calendar
document explicitly that the module is for angular 2.0+
deprecate the angular2-calendar npm package
update the link on the ng1 version to point to the new repo
