did you ever figure out what was causing this? because mattn is right, the go:build is not in that line.

leaving this note for antiquity. the problem on my end seemed to have to do with trying to build on ubuntu, i managed to get it to build on Windows. seems weird.

I had this issue, updating to go 1.21.4 resolved the build for me
