in section 6. OpenID Provider Metadata, suggest adding which metadata is required and which one is options(recommended).

@Sakurann my understanding is that all Open ID connect discovery in it self is optional (https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-core-1_0.html#DiscoReg) so the constraint would have to apply to when a provider is providing a .well-known endpoint and wishes to advertise support for credential issuance the following elements MUST be available?
