我常在想究竟能夠如何幫助IT與用戶節省時間？
用戶跟IT溝通完後，IT去幫用戶完成一些事情。
如果用戶能夠直接跟AI說，讓AI去幫用戶完成，而IT則專注於提供更好的AI產品?
以後用戶不用與IT溝通，只要跟AI溝通就可以了，或是跟IT說AI哪裡不夠好，讓IT去修正。
