There should be a user panel where users can create coloured teams for the Minecraft server.

https://minecraft.fandom.com/wiki/Commands/team

RCON should then issue the /teams command and send invitations to other users to join the team.

Users should also be able to leave or delete teams (when they are the only ones left in the team).

Might require setting up a system for user accounts.
