Old GUID not working 500 server error

I'm trying to fetch the balance of the old wallet but it is not working. It is working with a new wallet that I created with API.
I have a wallet and I'm using receive API for that and wallet create API also working but when I'm trying with old wallet id it is returning 500 server error
