Offering Memorandum

I've successfully ingested a bond offering memorandum. The first time I tried it and prompted to "summarise the Risk Factors", it did it pretty well. Then changed to a different pdf, then changed it back and re-injested and asked the same question. bizarrely, it doesn't even recognize a the section in the document called "Risk Factors".

it came back with "I'm sorry, but the provided context does not include specific details about the risk factors mentioned in the document."

don't know if others have had similar output.
