Support for all ios outline icons?

Hi there,

Am I right in that this currently supports a subset of the available ionic icons? It seems most of the ios-{ICON}-outline variants are missing?

Take for example ios-calendar-outline

We're using ionicons v4.1, you can see the sources here: https://github.com/ionic-team/ionicons/tree/4.1/src/svg

Aha, thank you for the response. It would appear I was referring to https://ionicframework.com/docs/ionicons/ which has these additional icons, which caused the confusion.
