After installing from either installer or winget and then doing 7z you will get this:

❯ 7z
7z: The term '7z' is not recognized as a name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program.
Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

Used version: 7-Zip ZS 22.01 - v1.5.5

Does 7-Zip add the directory into the PATH ?

Seems not.

I think readme should be adjusted as it assumes that 7z is available in PATH when in reality it's not:

Does 7-Zip add the directory into the PATH ?

Hell no, it does not. And it should not. And neither should 7-Zip-zstd.

Simply copy the 7z.exe from the 7-Zip installation directory into a directory that is in your path.
Please, do not automatically mess with user's PATH settings.

No, I will not create sth. which automatically adds some new path to the user's PATH settings.

And of cause, you can help me with fixing the docs, if you think, that it's needed...
