Describe the bug
SingleChildScrollView inside upperLayer doesn't occupy full height.

To Reproduce
In the example (https://github.com/mcrovero/rubber/blob/master/example/lib/scroll.dart), replace ListView.builder with SingleChildScrollView that contains any small widget (e.g. a Text).

Expected behavior
The whole upper layer should be cyan-colored.
