This issue proposes the implementation of an interactive chatbot for the HelpOps-Hub platform. The chatbot will enhance user experience by providing quick responses to frequently asked questions, guiding users through DevOps resources, and offering real-time assistance. The primary objective is to make navigating the platform smoother and ensure users have easy access to the wealth of knowledge available.

Key Features:

FAQ Support: Answer common queries about the platform, tools, and tutorials.
Resource Guidance: Direct users to relevant guides, projects, or DevOps tools based on their input.
User Interaction: Provide real-time assistance to new users, helping them find the content they need.
Scalability: The chatbot can be scaled to handle more advanced queries and future platform features.

Is it possible to add a chatbot specifically for DevOps? I mean, when any DevOps professional or enthusiast asks queries related to DevOps, it should provide the correct answers. Hope you understand what I mean. Let me know if it’s possible.
