User story

Before we can lint the JS reference documentation for adherence to a particular structure, we need to define the structures. Writing and agreeing a specification for the structures is the work of this user story.

Acceptance criteria

We have an agreed set of structures for the JavaScript reference documentation, that can work as a requirements specification for the linter.
