Box-model and border

Hello…

The declaration order says “Box-model” comes first, and “Visual” later on. This is cool. Nothing to say on the sorting.

What surprises me is to find border in the “Visual” section, when it is part of the box-model.

I’m surprised I couldn’t find an issue about this, which means I might have missed a discussion somewhere. Feel free to link and close if that’s the case. :)
