[BUG] lists generate markdown with extra linebreaks while using link and text

• I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• I have read the documentation and cannot find an answer.

Describe the bug
When inside a list and using different nodes, normal and link, new lines are added.
This issue is similar to #693 and #694 but for link.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Live Demo
2. Clear all. add a list
3. Write text, while switching between normal text and link
4. Go to "Source Mode" - there are blank lines between texts

Expected behavior
The output markdown suppose to reflect what user wrote, and what is currently displayed in the editor. Instead its insert extra linebreaks.
